Types Of Classes
Each one of our classes has a certain focus to help each member reach their max potential. These classes are designed to bring a boxer from beginner to advanced/competitive level. Each class is ranked from Beginner-Advanced based on level of difficulty. It is REQUIRED to start with Beginner Level Class before advancing to other classes.

Our Kids Boxing Program is a dynamic and fun-filled boxing program specially designed for kids! Our program offers children an exciting opportunity to learn the fundamentals of boxing in a safe and supportive environment while promoting fitness, discipline, and confidence.
Led by experienced coaches who are passionate about both boxing and working with children, this class combines boxing drills, games, and exercises tailored to kids' ages and skill levels. Through engaging activities and positive reinforcement, we aim to instill valuable life skills such as discipline, respect, teamwork, and self-confidence in our young participants.
No prior boxing experience is necessary. Our program welcomes kids of all fitness levels and abilities.
